- About The Project
Over the last fifteen years, Heritage 21 has been assisting Sydney Area Health with a range of projects relating to the Dame Edith Walker Estate and the Thomas Walker estate in Concord NSW. These projects include general landscaping, Interpretation, Conservation works to most of the buildings and structures at both estates. On behalf of Sydney Area Health, Heritage 21 has lodged more than 30 separate applications to the Heritage office and Canada Bay Council. Heritage 21 has prepared drawings for Section 60 and Section 57 application to the Heritage Office and liaised with all appointed heritage sub-contractors including liaison with John Gowdie, Debbie Jenkins and Steve Williams and Shane Oaks

A wide range of projects including conservations works to Yaralla House, The Stables, The Old Diary, The Gate Posts including Gateposts, The Wall attached to Yaralla House, The Hospital, Porch, Balustrades, off leash dog park just to name a few.
